We recently faced technical difficulties in our data center, which our systems unfortunately could not resolve independently. Since our monitoring systems alerted us anyway, our technical department started investigating and rectifying the situation without delay. We are currently still working to solve the issue. You can assume that your server will be back online in about 30 minutes.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. Should you still encounter trouble in more than 45 minutes, we would kindly ask you to inform us about it accordingly.
